The Services and all rights related to the Application remain the property of Madad Smart Information Technology Company. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services grants you any rights in or in connection with the Services other than the limited license granted above.
In order to use most aspects of the Services you must register in order to obtain and maintain an active account for the User Services (the Account). Account registration requires providing the establishment's information such as name, commercial registration number, phone or mobile number, and email. You agree by you to record and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information in the Entity's own account. Failure to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your account may result in your inability to access or use the Services or the termination of these Terms by Madad Smart Information Technology with you. You are responsible for all activities conducted in your account name, and you agree to keep your account username and password secure and confidential at all times. You are not entitled to have more than one account unless Madad Smart Company for Information Technology allows you otherwise.
You are responsible for obtaining data necessary to access the network to use the Services. You are responsible for the acquisition and updating of appropriate equipment or devices that are necessary to access and use the Services and Applications and any updates thereto. Madad does not warrant that the Services, or any part thereof, will operate on any particular equipment or devices. In addition, the Services may suffer from disruptions and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.
Propulsion:-
You understand that use of the Services will result in a charge against you for the services and goods you receive, and the fees will include applicable taxes as required by law. All fees you pay are final and non-refundable. All service and goods charges are due and the payment process is facilitated by Madad using your preferred payment method specified in your account after which the payment information and billing will be available through the application. The payment system in Madad Smart Company for Information Technology can be done through:
Bank transfer within 3 working days from the date of baptism
Direct payment on supply
Bank cheques
According to the powers granted to your account. The provision of the aforementioned payment services by Madad Smart Information Technology Company is for the purpose of facilitating and preserving the rights of members, and it is subject to the supervision of Madad Smart Company for Information Technology.
The customer shall bear the costs of attorney in the event of litigation due to the delay in paying the amounts due to Madad Smart Information Technology Company in violation of the agreed payment method.
